Great, quick & easy to book

Easy straightforward procedure.

We booked on line ,sailed through. Only problem is getting through the bumph to get where you want to be

Booking on line was a nightmare having forgotten my pass word i received a code to enter a new one.So far ok . Tried to book but had to come out of the system then 're enter to book holiday very frustrating.m

Unfortunately I pressed wrong button on booking website, booking the destination below the one I wished to visit. As soon as I realised my error, I contacted the company, only to be told I couldn't change the booking. Instead I would have to cancel this holiday, lose £25 deposit and re-book the one I wanted. Not happy, will not use again and would not recommend others to use this company.

Booked a great value holiday at the site we wanted.

Great getting email with the offer for the date we wanted. Easy and quick to book on line and choose Caravan.

Very polite helpful attentive staff

Good, but more information could be provided, I've booked the Platinum (top of the range). I'm hoping I've got parking at the caravan, but it's not specified. Final review will reflect whether I have.
